The Jacksonville Jaguars have had a good off-season, in my opinion. However, "winning The Off-season" has a bit of a negative connotation that suggests that it is what teams do as a consolation to actually winning the games that matter. If the Jags want that narrative to no longer exist, they must win early, and close strong, simultaneously. That is something that has escaped them for most of their existence.
