David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insider, breaks down the last 14 NBA Draft and gives each pick a number value and the analysis values each pick and how a draft plays out. Locke takes a look at each picks value and then looks over the last 14 years and looks at what is a good draft v. bad draft. If this year is a bad draft what is it we can really expect and how bad is a bad draft? Then Locke looks back over some of the trades of the past years from this spectrum, the OG Anuaoby, Rudy Gobert and the Donovan Mitchell trades.
