The Philadelphia Phillies were able to come back and beat the Angels 7-5 thanks to a big power surge in the top of the ninth inning in Los Angeles. Nick Castellanos tie things up at 5 all with his second home run of the season jumping on a first pitch fastball. Then two batters later Phillies center fielder Johan Rojas picked the perfect time to hit his first home run of the season turning on a slider for a two run home run. The Win marks the 20th on the season for the Phillies as they close out April. Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: 1) Johan Rojas’ first homer of the season is a game winner! Good for the guy who bulked up in the offseason! 2) Nick Castellanos came up with a 3 hit day after we talked about how he looked like he was getting close to breaking out yesterday! Also hit his 2nd Homer of the season to tie the game at 5 in the 9th. 3) Bohm is just a stud! Another multi-hit game and drove in his 30th RBI on the season. Segment 2: A lot of baseball happened before the Phillies comeback. Including an error by Turner at Short that led to the Phillies falling behind. Segment 3: A look ahead to game three of this season and if the Phillies can win yet ANOTHER series!
