The Philadelphia Phillies lost to the Detroit Tigers 4-1 Tuesday night thanks to a 4-run 5th inning allowed by the Phils. Segment 1: THREE BIG THINGS: 1) Is Trea Turner OK? He trotted around the bases in the 3rd on Bryce Harper’s double rather gingerly? Also, the misplay in the 5th. Also, he was hit on the wrist in the 3rd. 2) Ranger didn’t help himself in the 5th, no body helped him out either. 3) Phillies offense had no answers for Tarik Skubal. Segment 2: Nola’s bourbon for Matt Vierling FINALLY found it’s way to Vierling’s locker as a thank you from the triple play he hit into in the series opener.
