On today's show, we officially welcome Oklahoma to the SEC as the Sooners had a huge on campus celebration on Monday as the former Big12 team made the move over to the Southeastern Conference. Highlights from the SEC Network coverage as OU Athletic Director Joe Castiglione took an opportunity to take a shot at former head football coach Lincoln Riley, insinuating he was scared to coach in the SEC. The Sooners also picked up a 2025 WR in Cortez Mills. And we caught up with OU QB Jackson Arnold over the weekend at the Manning Passing Academy, as we bring you our interview with him discussing taking over as the starting QB this season, what makes OU SEC-ready, a very talented WR room, and what makes this OU defense so good. Lastly, we touch on SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey's comments regarding the "Horns Down" gesture and asked if it will be a penalty in the SEC next year.
