It’s really about teaching the offense and RECRUITING. A receivers coach is not going to make or break your team, but a great recruiter can and that’s what Courtney will bring to the team he is well respected across the state by kids, coaches, and parents. If you know anything about Beecher or Flint sports in general, there are a lot of second and third generation athletes who are big time in the city and they go out of state often. Look at Ernie Sanders at Beecher right now. Football and Basketball star freak athlete who is going to KENTUCKY of all places.
