“On the positive side, this is sometimes interesting in a "real life struggle" way. There are good bits of information now and then told by someone trying to lose weight with a pleasant voice and a kind delivery. On the other hand, he too often doesn't seem to do the obvious, basic things you need to do to get fit. For my time, I find other podcasts more credible and helpful, such as Cut the Fat Podcast, The Nutrition Diva, Get-Fit Guy and (if you want a bit more advanced podcast) Reality-Based Fitness. In fact, this podcast would probably be better if HE would listen to these other podcasts and talk about how he's trying to put these ideas into practice.”
