“I’m not a fan of your newsletter, I signed up last month when you offered paramount plus with newsletter, never could get paramount plus to work, canceled my subscription because of that and sent email on March 4th stating this to customer service and never got a reply. Now I’m being charged for another month. That’s not happening, I file a lawsuit with the better business bureau if this is not rectified immediately, in the future don’t do this to other customers if you want to keep customers, you’ve lost me, but maybe you can save your business by not doing this to future customers.”
