This often leads to a scarcity mindset and behaviour which is felt by others, ultimately resulting in more of what you don’t want. This was a trap I fell into in the beginning of my business journey. Comparing myself to others, doubting myself and fearing failure.  It wasn’t until I learned that you attract what you focus on and who you are being, that I decided to make some changes. I invested in a coach who could support me in both my mindset and applying simple, sustainable strategies. I stopped focusing on the quick unsustainable and unaligned growth and instead decided to focus on being in business for the long run. And what’s so ironic, is it was this very mindset and approach that led to growing much faster, because the scarcity was gone. My client Liz had this same experience until she started working with me. we made tweaks in her mindset and her approach so that she felt clear, harmonious and confident. You see prior to working with me, she was so caught in comparison and lack of self-worth that she wasn’t charging for her services or showing up as boldly as she could be.
