“I was so glad that a show like Lovecraft Country has a companion podcast, but it’s disappointing when the podcast barely digs into the show. The hosts just say they “love” everything and aren’t really critical or do much analysis of the show. Occasionally there would be some interesting insights, but the hosts spent so much time patting themselves on the back that it was hard to get through.”
