Occasional Listener
I’ve begun this podcast and have admired the hosts’ general humility and something that really spoke to me about them was their answer to a particular question. I forget the way it was phrased, but the person was a parent asking about how to teach their kids political theory - and they responded by saying NOT to make your kids believe what the parent believes, that you do your best to inform them on whatever questions they have, and you let them form their own opinions. Let me tell you, that was a breath of fresh air to hear.

edit: “Helped me evaluate my liberal conditioning and reorient towards actually leftist values.” This remains true, but kicking Peter out is a mistake. Also, saying they are “embedded in toxic media cycles” underlines a certain lack of self awareness on behalf Angie. Ya’ll need to log off.
