“I’m from Taiwan. And I would say Taiwan is one of the safest countries in the world. One of my foreign friends lost his phone but got it back about an hour after. Somebody found the iPhone on the street and took it to the police station.
People is very nice and you can explore seas and mountains easily. I think it’s no problem to communicate with Taiwanese in English.
