A welcome distraction
I’ve been following this podcast since Adam hosted Deb Perelman of Smitten Kitchen and have been hooked. It is such a lovely way to spend an hour and super interesting if you’re a food geek. I appreciate how the “therapy sessions” are at times more serious and deep, tackling issues like depression, racism, and loss, but then seamlessly manage to lift you up with Adam’s adorable banter with his husband, Craig, or the joy of a good braise. Thanks for the entertainment!

Such a lovely, unpretentious approach to human connections over food. An easy-listening podcast that brings you back to finding beauty and meaning in the mundane- such as ordering lunch.
