Love!
I hate making lunch. I always forget to or never have time. It’s my least favorite meal of the day. That is, until I came across this gem of a podcast. Adam’s sweet nerdy voice soothes me as I drive. His variety of guests keep me engaged. I even began asking my friends what they had for lunch and then analyze their answers with them. The podcast has also helped me think about my own meal patterns and how they factor into my mental health and lifestyle. I would say this podcast is for intellectuals only; but it’s actually for anyone because no matter your intelligence, you’ll always feel like an intellectual in Adam’s company.

Effortlessly funny, insightful and moving. About food and cooking, but also family, career and relationships. Best podcast ever to cook to. An instant classic!
