Made not born- Season 1 Rick Brim
I loved Rick’s point of view on fun being a serious thing to create good work! I’ve always valued fun instinctively in my daily job but now I can see how it can be a powerful tool to bring people aboard. I also retained this idea of energy being crucial to always push the boundaries and achieve what you think is your best. Also the notion of accepting to not always know the answer, this part of vulnerability that allows to bring people along with you and be part of the solution. Another bit that I liked very much as a leader : the thin line between good and bad fear. Good fear that simulates your energy to surpass yourself and the bad that is debilitating and paralyzing. Thank you Alison for sharing this first enlightening episode on creative leadership!
