“I’m a conservative woman in America, and I find myself agreeing with so many of the intelligent women on this podcast who are at times both across the aisle and across the pond. It’s so heartening to hear the issues of gender, womanhood, motherhood, the sex industry and even surrogacy discussed in such comprehensive/informative ways. I always walk away more curious about the topic.
I find many of the platforms of modern feminism to be in disharmony with womanhood, so I’ve struggled to find a place to discuss/consider women’s issues (as feminists—or at-least a certain style of feminists, always seem to dominate those spaces with a rather narrow discussion of patriarchy, misogyny, consent, liberation, etc.)
I’m very grateful for a show dedicated to the woes, wins, and workings of women. It’s a beautiful and empowering thing.”
