“This podcast, like the host himself, is a ray of sunshine in a bleak world. Josh Gondelman is a very talented comic and writer and an incredibly sweet and kind person. This podcast is just what the world needs right now. It’s upbeat, fun, silly and based on kindness and positivity. The rules of the game are loosely defined and the points are basically meaningless but that’s the idea- a relaxed and fun environment where you can sit back, listen and laugh. Each episode ends with Josh and his guest/contestant (guestestant?) giving a pep talk to the person/group/entity of their choice. If you follow Josh on Twitter you’re probably already familiar with his pep talks where he provides short, positive, life-affirming pep talks to his followers (friends and strangers alike) when he has a few minutes to spare.
I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for a fun game, a good laugh, and/or a much-needed dose of positivity in their week.”
