Dr Fred Berlin is an American psychiatrist and sexologist specializing in sex offences. He has been an attending psychiatrist at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore since 1978, where he also founded the 'Sexual Disorders Clinic'. He has appeared as an expert witness in numerous high-profile trials, including that of Jeffrey Dahmer. Fred testified for Ross at trial, and also supported him through his attempts to bring forward his death penalty.
