Is this having an impact on your marriage in the worst possible way - where those mental health problems become the primary source of decision making for each of you (through trying to avoid their triggering) and you can't solve ANY real issues, because you can't respond freely, or talk openly. And if you try to bring up your problems or concerns, it always ends terribly.
