“I have really enjoyed this podcast but I think I heard an error by one of the guests in this week’s episode. Syphilis is caused by a bacterium not a virus! The guest was talking about the horrific Tuskegee Study and a similar one in Guatemala. She kept referring to viruses in her comments. I was surprised that Dr Emanuel did not clarify the issue. Confusing viruses and bacteria contributes to inappropriate antibiotic use.”

“Podcast a waste of time. So the first episode is all about the shortage of ventilators yet the real life case they use, the old guy died due to his underlying health conditions NOT because he didn’t get a ventilator. Typical fear mongering to force a political view.”
