Well isn’t that the truth
I have been in Dental for four years now and am now a lead assistant training someone from the ground up. Where I work they don’t have to have schooling to work as an assistant. I chose to go to school to become and CDA (RDA) and EFDA. It was after my kids were grown and grown and gone so I have done many things in life. I have had a concrete company that was successful for 10+ years and simultaneously had a janitorial service that I had had since I was 16 years old. I have done AR and AP. Project Management and been successful at all. I love being an assistant. I love your podcast. It helps me feel like I am not crazy. I am not the only one out there dealing with some of these issues. I love the ideas and the work though of the problems that you do. I wish I lived closer and I would apply for a job. Keep going ladies. You are doing great.
