Poor structure, negative, amateur.
The podcast is crying out for more editorial structure. It needs familiar segments we return to each week, so we know what we’re getting. In the absence of this it often feels meandering, the small talk is excruciating and some of the co-presenters are too tangental, too unfocused - often offering vague platitudes and tenuous analogies. It feels overly negative. Manchester United might be a weekly PR disasterclass, and MEN might have a duty to cover news as and when it arises, but it makes for an arduous listen. Like teenagers constantly whinging. It would be more objective (note: objective, a word Luckhurst uses and abuses) if they balanced the negative with more silver linings - or at least tried to. Luckhurts seems to resent 1) making a podcast appearance and 2) any question the host puts to him. Not sure I can sit through another Luckhurst diatribe, either.

Long time listener to the pod and amazed that the sound quality has never improved. Usually some good content but compared to every other podcast about its an unbearable listen due to the sound quality
