“Been diagnosed as bipolar since 2018 and I am telling you this is the first few days that I’ve been THAT optimistic since 2 years ago. There are days that I feel like I’m drowning and feel like life’s rushing but most days I’m hopeful been trying law of attraction ever since I was 13 when I watched The Secrets and it kinda helped me with life but then college and mental issues happened so I lost track the pandemic was definitely not a big help with my mental state but I swear after listening to some of your podcast and practiced it I found the energy that I’ve been searching for ever since this pandemic happened. It helped me to be more excited about life but most of all I rarely have anxiety anymore like I swear lately I’ll cry and let out my emotions stress about it for like a minute but I gather my emotions and calm myself and practice what I learned from your podcasts! I’m a fan, always can’t wait to do chores because that’s the time I listen to your podcast lol! All the love and be safe!”
