Easy to love, hard to describe
This is the best hour and sixteen minutes I’ve spent in a long long time. I can’t think of another intellectual experience I have had wherein I have been alternately forced to think deeply and laugh out loud. In it two writers, who might also be described as voracious readers who happen to make a living writing, discuss manifestos and works of art. Their erudition and the breadth and depth of their reading and understanding would be intimidating if they were not so down to Earth. It is extremely rare, unique in my experience to find a conversation so deeply rooted in literature and philosophy, and yet so without pretense as to be completely relatable. Klay and Siegel are so at home with the subject, and with each other, that it feels totally natural to listen to them talk in plain language about extremely important issues of philosophical import. My only concern is that the number of manifestos that might serve as subjects for the podcast is finite.

Eagerly awaiting the future episodes. Easily the only podcast out there that deals in this complex topics.

Great idea for a podcast. Smart and entertaining! Request: do Ludlam’s Ridiculous Theatre? Might be too niche?
