My wonderful friend, author, and all-round amazing human, John Hovis, is my guest on this episode. We planned to talk about something else prior to the recording but during these turbulent times, we thought we’d “go there” and discuss racism. It’s impossible to cover EVERY aspect of this issue, but we thought we’d look at one or two of them. Join us for this important conversation about Relationship. John is married to an amazing woman named Barbara. They have two children, two grandchildren, and one on the way. John has had a wide range of experiences working as an engineer and as an entrepreneur. His work in the church has opened his eyes to the need for a reformation in how we view, share, and live out a personal and intimate relationship with this God that loves us so. John authored the book, "Victor - Breaking Free From A Victim-Based Society," a book that outlines his personal journey and lessons learned about who he is and who God is in his life. His passion is to see people set free into the one true identity we all have the opportunity to apprehend - that being a Child of God's.
