“This is one of the best podcasts I keep listening and don’t want to miss a single episode. The two hosts make business news digestible and memorable. Some interesting facts I just litened once but magically jumped out of my head during my conversation with my family and friends.
Long interview episodes
I have hard time to finish long interview episodes (over 1 hour). I feel like 20-minute is a magic number just like normal episodes. It would be nice to:
- Break down long interview into 3 - 5 mini episodes
- Each mini episode is 20 minutes long and has a takeaway at the end. The takeaway could be the hosts’ feedback during interview or connection to other interviews or stories from normal episodes
- Follow either HBO or Netflix mode to drop mini episodes weekly or all at once
Commercials (Oct, 2023)
Since collaboration with Wondery, more and more commercials are added. One commercial spot now squeezes two commercials. The commercials even play at the beginning of the show. Nick and Jack, this is your stage and don’t let the commercial start and steal the show. I also remember you talk about Costco and 14% profit margin limit. I think you also need to add limit to commercials.”
