Elizabeth Munroe, MD, MSc is a clinical instructor and post-doctoral research fellow in the dvision of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Michigan. Hayley Gershengorn, MD, FCCM, ATSF is a professor of clinical medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Miami.
