Authentic emotionally intelligent leadership is the only real key to better personal and business results! The Master of Business Leadership system presents the development of our authentic leadership and emotional intelligence while achieving the results we want. What I 'love' the most is its SUSTAINABILITY aspect. Otherwise, there are many models, systems, concepts and methodologies that tackle personal and organizational development BUT are their outcomes really sustainable? I am sure many of you who are reading this message can agree with the fact that from time to time we are finding ourselves in the whirl of events that may appear to be different BUT in reality they leads to the same results?! By using the Master of Business Leadership system continuously we get better results step-by-step and they are sustainable. The real results come from real changes. Unfortunately, there is NO way around. The second key element I highly appreciate is its INNOVATION aspect. It was Buckminster Fuller who said: “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” In today's world ego costs people and organizations more than any other single factor. Once we understand that ego and fear underlies all drama, conflict and chaos, we become aware of the fact that we cannot fight it. The ego is simply just a symptom... While we cannot fight symptoms of our problems, we have to address the root cause of our pain and suffering. To heal the organization and people within it, we have to come up with a new model that makes the existing drama, chaos and conflicts obsolete. And that is the moment where the MBL system comes in...
