Good holistic info
I appreciate having the perspective of a naturopathic doctor and a NTP on fertility. Nice range of topics with a holistic/functional perspective. All in all I think mamas-to-be could REALLY benefit from this information. So many conventional practitioners aren’t trained to see the body as a whole the way these two do, and I’m so glad they’re spreading the word, especially related to a sensitive topic like fertility and the sadly growing problem of infertility. As a grad student in nutrition and functional medicine, I tend to view certain things like probiotics a bit more differently (stressing strain specificity, picking a strain based on mechanism of action vs just CFUs in a capsule) but I think their guidance is still really worthwhile. Tiny little sidenote, I think you guys would sound more relatable if you simply called Haley, Haley, not Dr. Haley. :)

Love this podcast. The interview with Dr Ben Lynch and Dr Carrie Jones are two that I have listened to more than once. Thank you so much for being so informative.

Their voices are extremely monotone and the majority of the info is delivered in a very dry way. I feel like I’m listening to...Read full review »
