A Common Mistake When Returning From Injury
Listen now
Description
I'm currently working with a player on my Elite Footballer Programme who has been out for almost 2 weeks after rolling his ankle.   Injuries happen in football, but the important thing is knowing how to react and what you can do to continue training around the injury.   If you don't find some way of maintaining a player's workload when they get injured, it can really increase the risk of re-injury if they suddenly join straight back into team training after having a break...   But there's another common mistake which this player almost fell into the trap of, I'm just pleased he was able to ask me for guidance before doing it...   Because he could have risked extending his injury by weeks or months when he's almost at the point of return.   I explain how to safely return to training after injury in this video, and the steps to follow.   If you, or your son or daughter often re-injure or don't feel body confident after returning from an injury, then listen to the Podcast. Your coach, James.   P.S I am now taking applications to join my all-new Elite Footballer Programme.   If you, your son or your daughter are being held back by a lack of strength, speed, stamina, consistency, resilience to injuries or confidence and you're aiming to go PRO and higher, then I would love to personally work with you.   >>> Click this link for full details and to BOOK A FREE CAREER ANALYSIS CALL: https://bit.ly/elite-programme-app
