It depends on the episode...
I have only listened to a few episodes. The one on A's and B's is a must-listen. It was eye-opening and informative. The one on Radical Candor is not. They clearly haven't read the book or listened to the Radical Candor podcast, yet they still cast themselves as experts on someone else's work.

The “Michaels” have an easy banter and approach that engages the listener almost effortlessly. No small feat. Setting a standard for podcast content on valuable life skills and perspectives. Kudos!

I've just listened to Episode 2 on envy: The Michaels do a great job of exploring the topic, sharing their own humanness (even when not pretty!) and then scouting out the productive possibilities. They cracked open envy!
