We are that blessing and as we let go of self judgement, we cleanse and unravel that precious gem waiting inside.  Meditation is not something you go out in the world to find. You were born with in inside of you and it will never leave you.  Have a seat and let yourself relax into the present peace of who you truly are.  Prepare yourself for the great work you are here to do.  There is spiritual work to be done.
