“I enjoy some of this, yet the random “bird sounds” (high pitched) seem to come at odd times. That and the song info is not always very descriptive regarding the content of each song and it’s purpose. I feel that some episodes may be “generalized sound healing”, although often helpful every once and awhile. My advice is to consolidate. Jah bless
