In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing Sofia who is a fourth year medical student at Yale. I have been a longterm follower of her instagram account @thisgirlnamedsofia. She posts a lot of great fashion content with empowering captions. Sofia really uses her platform to spread knowledge and raises her voice against the common injustices of the world. She is also co-host of a podcast with Prerak called Red White & Brown where they discuss the struggles of being first generation immigrants from South Asia in the US. I am so excited to ask her more about her journey, her stats, and what applying to residency looks like.
