“After listening to Movie Crush podcast episode with Jeff Meacham, I discovered this podcast. It was 1am, and then I listened to the first 3 episodes, then it was close to 4am and I had to go to sleep. 3 days later, I have listed to all the episodes. This concept is just brilliant, I love the enthusiasm, I love the references, I love the movie analogies and I love how Jeff goes off on a tangent every 3 minutes. The guest stories are legendary (especially the pen story), I found myself laughing out loud and I can say by far, this is the most positive podcast I have listed to. TC is my fav actor for a long time now, close to 20 years since I was 16 I have all his movies and have seen them at least 5 times for about 75% of them. The guy is so dedicated and inspiring. Fav TC films: Top Gun, Jerry Maguire, Collateral, Minority Report, M:I-4, The Last Samurai, Rain Man. I truly hope you guys have an in-person meeting by Sept. 5th, I believe this will happen, but I don’t want this show to end, so please keep the stories coming and keep up the great work. I am a self-employed graphic/web designer from Vancouver, Canada and podcasts are always playing in my office and home, so I always thank the creators. Related story, I came close to meeting Tom when he was filming M:I-4 in Downtown Vancouver (Bangalore scene near end of the movie), I just missed him by a day or two, but I read online later (IMDb forums) that he signed everyone’s autograph that day that was there in line to see him, took a while, but he did it. Keep up the positive energy and I can’t wait for the next episode to drop! :)”
