If she is not the voice for your parenting journey, I would recommend to keep looking for parenting coach, it has brought clarity into my home. I warn you though to be very selective in the online parenting communities that you join, many are toxic.
MegAnne’s community are strictly maintained as a safe place to come as you are all while breaking the cycles of *yell, gift, guilt*, *mom guilt*, *shame, blame, & punishing*.
