No more short, insincere apologies!
Thank you! I’ve been trying to find ways to teach my children empathy and have always felt the forced “say your sorry” has no real term value. We’ve been working on naming our reactive feelings when someone is upset, and building on that foundation. This is great guidance to help with genuine, meaningful connection through apologizing. For my kids, and me!

Working with MegAnne the last few years has brought so much more peace into our house. The parents have almost banished yelling (we are a work in progress) and the kid is shining in her independence and confidence. So so so happy to have MORE MegAnne in my life!
