A different perspective on Coronavirus with Holly Loxton

Description
We're all a little scared/uneasy/anxious at the moment. For the first time in a while we feel like our safety is at risk and our future is uncertain. We're being fed an overwhelming amount of information from countless different sources 24/7. We're trying to take care of ourselves and our families, whilst also keeping an eye out on the other people in our community who may be vulnerable and unable to protect themselves. Some of us feel isolated and alone, missing human connection and interaction. All of these feelings are widespread and palpable. We feel a sense of powerlessness over not only our physical world, but also our emotional state. That's where this episode comes in. I'm joined by Holly Loxton (I call her my therapist but she calls herself a hypnotherapist, life coach and mentor), and we offer a different perspective on everything that's going on right now. It's not going to fix it, but it may relieve some stress and introduce a sense of calm back into your life that you may have noticed is missing. Get comfortable, take a deep breathe in and out, and let yourself relax. Holly can be found at: https://www.hollyloxton.com.au/ and https://www.instagram.com/hollyloxton_coach/

I wanted to go into further detail about my experience in the hopes it would help others get back in touch with themselves, even if the method may...
