But let's talk about why hard selling is a thing of the past. First of all, it's just not effective. People don't want to feel like they're being sold something. They want to make their own decisions based on their own needs and desires. Secondly, hard selling can damage your reputation.  If people feel like they were pressured into buying something, they're not going to have a positive impression of you or your business. So, let's embrace a new way of doing business. Let's let people make their own decisions and be there for them when they're ready to make a purchase.
