“I stumbled upon this podcast just like I stumbled into my love for real estate, and I’m deeply grateful!
I am a 1st gen. immigrant to this country, now a husband with an infant daughter. I’ve been property managing for my employer for years as part of my portfolio, but only recently, through the sale of a property and a complicated eviction, did it dawn on me that real estate is something I might excel at.
Since then I’ve been on a learning mission, trying to catch up on the technical side of things, learning the lingo, pitfalls and process of acquiring real estate. One of my goals is to one day own my own home. I also want to push myself and do things my parents could only dream of in our country of origin. I want to own real estate that will provide quality housing and at the same time allow me to benefit non-profits and charity organizations/projects.
Thank God I found this podcast!
