“Your self forgiveness episode (#5) along with all the previous ones have allowed me to let go and self forgive for a trauma that has stayed with me for years, my first relationship in my 20’a was very pressuring and put me in a gray of sexual assault that I question and kept looking back on as what I did wrong, held onto guilt, hurt, sadness, and anger at myself and how I was then and also at the person that I was with, and I have worked so hard combatting the anxiety this brought me and over the past six months with books and podcasts have really made so much progress and have felt so close to being out of those past thoughts and flashbacks but would still get triggered and because of your podcast and your Instagram I have finally gotten to the final step of figuring out how to self forgive and let go and love myself through my identity and how I live and what I think and instead of letting myself think I’m anxious and unworthy because of what had occurred in my life and comparing my life to others, I can be who I actually am and think that too. I have tried so many things to fully let go and your podcast got me there and I can’t thank you enough! It has manifested by allowing me to love myself and workout and eat healthy which are things I used to focus on trying to do but was the person in your example who would start the program or workouts and then quit and not continue with it and I understand why now.
