“For years I have asked my therapists for steps in order to change my habits. Mostly eating disorder related. I have always been told that there isn’t just a checklist they could give me to fix all my problems. Like Tessa said my love language is act of service and boyyyy am I all about lists. I just wanted a list of things to try, advice on how to implement them, and then take action. Although my therapist told me after two weeks of implementing these tips, I had changed more then I had in 6 months working with them twice weekly at a very well known eating disorder clinic. She even thought if this was working so well, to pause with them and join her coaching program to see how much more I gain which I am excited for.
