Having the responsibility of protecting a delicate ecosystem and a culture built on the ‘Slow Life’ principle, while pioneering a new style of tourism, Sonu Shivdasani and his wife Eva Malmström are redefining what it means to go on holiday.   Transforming an abandoned island in the Maldives to the extraordinary resort that Soneva Fushi is today hasn’t all been plain sailing for Sonu.
