Episode 62 – Recovery Journey with Ann S.
Listen now
Description
Today on the show, one of my beautiful clients shares her journey through the valley of chronic symptoms and what her unique path looked like out of the darkness and into the light. Ann’s story is vulnerable and powerful and might speak to you if you’re dealing with symptoms that are not just pain-related. Chronic flu, stomach upset, fatigue, dizziness, vertigo, and skin itching were all a major part of her journey, but with the help of Dr. John Sarno, Nicole Sachs, and this podcast, she was able to gradually uncover deeper and deeper layers of her freedom within her mind, body and spirit. Today, Ann is in a place where she’s largely symptom-free, and when symptoms do arise, she’s able to be a conscious, curious observer, instead of allowing the fear to take hold. She offers some really beautiful pieces of advice on how to approach symptoms in a more conscious and present way, and is now holding space for others in a mentoring capacity. If her story speaks to you in any way, or if you would like someone to hold space for you along your path, Ann would love to connect.
