“THANK YOU! Your podcast has become part of my morning routine. IM HOOKED! I’m a mother of 3 high energy, free thinking boys. I’m from arkansas but from age 3-17 i lived in Bangkok, Thailand, growing up immersed in Buddhism. It’s so difficult maintaining a mindful, and calm home with a highly sensitive, empathic 7 year old, along with a high energy, free thinking 5 year old and a silly yet very demanding and jealous 2 year old. Greyson my 7 year old and Tucker my 5 year old are oil and water. They are best friends and the worst of enemies. Grey is a calm old soul but takes in the high energy frenzy Tucker provokes. We do meditation minutes and mindful lessons but their oil and water relationship is a daily battle. I had become a yelling stressed out momma.

Your podcast has empowered me to take back control of my zoo and ring some peace back into our lives by teaching my children that their mind is control of their actions.
