Description
Katherine Fedder, MD, is a fellowship-trained head and neck oncologic and microvascular surgeon at UVA, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cancerous and non-cancerous diseases of the head and neck.  Dr. Fedder has particular expertise in complex microvascular reconstruction of the head and neck, which is often required after removal of large tumors in order to minimize the impact surgery may have on function and appearance. She enjoys her involvement in medical education and enjoys teaching residents and medical students.
