Amazing & Inspirational for a Cluttered Mom
I recently stumbled over the idea of a capsule wardrobe on YouTube and decided to streamline my wardrobe significantly and felt so inspired, that I ventured into Minimalism. I’m a 25 year old single Mom with a 1 year old, living at home with my parents and older brother. My Mom is a collector/hoarder/clutter obsessed type and this has then absorbed into all our lives, leaving my brother, Dad and I frustrated with our living space and unable to unwind. Having a Mom who has over 50 handbags in a hamper basket, that have barely been touched in the last 15 years, and who routinely begs me not to throw out the mascara that went out of date 6 months ago, is HARD. Your podcast has inspired me to declutter my life, reset back to basics, keep what I love and use and have an area in our lives that is peaceful and calm to be in. I may not be able to fix my Mom, but I can sure fix my own spaces. Thank you.

I suffer from anxiety and having my house minimally and simple helps a lot. I am so blessed to be able to have this podcast since I do too have kids and aspiring minimalism for my sanity. You guys motivate me tremendously. Thank you.

I love that Megan and Diane are “regular” moms, not extreme minimalist. Their tips seem doable for my life. The podcasts are fun to listen to.

Sometimes parenting- and minimizing- can feel like a solo gig. This helps! Simple, real-life tips & makes me chuckle, too. Until self-folding laundry comes along, happy to have this for company :)
