Due to the Circuit Breaker in Singapore, MCO in Malaysia, lockdown in Indonesia and many other countries worldwide have been extended, sports facilities and events around the world are required in most countries to cease operations in order to curb the spread of COVID-19.
This also means that we would be away from the walls for a good while.
Well, we wouldn't want the circuit breaker to affect your climbing journey, and hence, in this episode, we will share with you about how we can continue to stay strong and fit for climbing without a wall.

Evelyn Chew from Ministry of Adventure and Beatrix Chong from Ground Up Climbing Gym will share about the creative climbing workout with minimal equipment!
Beatrix Chong is a renowned ex-national climber in Singapore. She came in 1st in the SEA Climbing Circuit for bouldering (2005) - the only Singaporean podium for the Asian Championship. She also came in 4th in the speed-climbing category in the World Cup Climbing Circuit 2006 (Malaysia). In total, she has won over 50 gold medals in bouldering, lead and speed climbing. She was also a sponsored athlete of Climb Asia from 2005-2017.
Currently, she is the owner of Ground Up Climbing Academy, where she actively coaches at, passionate about passing down climbing skills to the new generation of climbers.
