Wonderful discovery
The discussions deliver great insight into the music and artists behind these great albums. This podcast ignited a new appreciation for the stories music tells. Its impact on the hosts and varied guests is immediately relatable without being pretentious. Fading in and out of the songs is usually well done but makes it more a dissection of the music rather than a casual listen. I’ve always been interested in pursuing new music, and several albums/artists on this podcast I’ve listened to casually but have discovered a new life for like the Beatles and the Beach Boys.

While I take umbrage to Matt calling Misery a "third-tier Soul Asylum song," I won't hold that against him too much. Great discussions, insight, and often quite funny. I look forward to seeing this go forward, and shoutout to Jason!Read full review »

Simply some of the best music discussion out there from very experienced and confident guests that cut their teeth originally talking about video games and the industry. I get excited every week when there’s a new episode and hope that the show gets the recognition it deserves!
