Took a turn
This podcast started out as an exploration of this case. The episodes with James Renner were riveting. Then there was an episode that included a psychic that had previous knowledge of the hosts and time to prepare for the visit. This gave me pause but I gave them another chance. The most recent two episodes entertained a person whose credentials include threatening journalist James Renner and believing in chemtrails. They allowed him to seep out unfounded, unsupported innuendo implicating the most upstanding person in this case (Billy Rausch, who is respected for his work with veterans, stumped for Obama, and has a beautiful family) for no value other than titillation. There are dozens of legitimate, respected people to talk to with about this case. Journalists have written long investigative pieces. Original sources willing to talk surround this case. But these hosts choose con artists and opportunists and just sit back and listen. When asked why they made these decisions they grow defensive immediately. It's enough to remind you that these aren't journalists hosting this show; these are just two guys with a microphone that have attached themselves to a case that has a ready-made audience. Perhaps it's merely projection that they'll entertain any opportunist in a shadowy alley.Read full review »

I enjoy the informative banter of the two hosts, Lance and Tim. Their interest in the story is genuine, and their continued efforts to present the facts and correct their previous mistakes are appreciated. However, I cannot listen to this podcast anymore until focus is removed from James Renner....Read full review »

This is an interesting story, and the hosts at times find a way to deliver it successfully. There are times, however, as has been noted by other reviewers, that the speculation weighs it down. There is also a tendency to feign, or perhaps genuinly express, bewilderment about things that are easy...Read full review »
